Professional info

It started off as wanting to know how to appreciate the art of food and learning more instead of just eating and drinking. As I continued the journey of finding myself, my interest built fast as I came to realize each dish or glass of drink had stories behind them. The artistic point of view fueled my passion and I decided to specialize in the Food and Beverage industry.

Being eager to learn and constantly curious gives me the drive and motivation to explore the unknown and pick up new things and skills along the way. Even so, I had some difficulties sitting myself down and picking a sole specialty from the vast field of hospitality. I sometimes feel overwhelmed and am unable to make a decision on where to begin as there is so much to choose and learn from. I understand that in due time I will be exposed to all of these themes and topics but I struggled in picking my starting point. I understand I can't do everything at the same time and fortunately, after careful deliberation, I have made my decision because there were so many things I wanted to discover and skills I wanted to enhance.

Nevertheless, I love being in this industry as I meet new faces frequently and have the opportunity to gain wisdom from them. Their ideas, culture, behavior, and way of life are all so unique. I believe each person carries their own irreplaceable story which is worth so much and I am so grateful that I have had the privilege to hear so many.

"There is are no foreign lands, it is only the traveler who is foreign."
- Elephant, Koh Lipe, Thailand

A new place is just another land with different scenery, but the people you meet are unique which makes the new land extraordinary.
